The Asian Steam Baths are manufactured in Taiwan and are not only uniquely beautiful, but are therapeutic as well. The Asian Steam Bath may provide relief to people with asthma, bronchitis, joint and circulatory disorders, stress, constipation, high blood pressure, acne and other skin conditions.

Their benefits are further enhanced when heat and cold water are used in alternating cycles.  The hot and cold cycles induce the body to switch from the sympathetic to the parasympathetic state.  When this happens, the blood flows to the extremeties in the heat and then, when cold is applied, the blood is forced inwards to heal the vital organs.  When our blood is allowed to move freely, stored toxins can be removed through microcirculation via sweating.
